We would like to warn all of our shareholders to be wary of any unsolicited telephone calls or correspondence which offer:
We are aware that some of our shareholders have received unsolicited phone calls or letters from individuals or companies offering to buy or sell shares on very favourable terms. The callers are usually from people stating they are ‘brokers’ based overseas, offering to sell the investor’s shares at apparently inflated prices. These ‘brokers’ are both persuasive and persistent, and often have telephone numbers and professional websites to support their activities.
These callers might imply a connection to InnovaDerma and provide incorrect or misleading information about InnovaDerma.
You should treat this type of call as an investment scam.
Do not provide any personal details e.g. bank details or full registered address, and do not send your share certificate(s) to anyone. The safest option is to hang up.
If you have already been approached, you can report this matter to the Financial Conduct Authority by completing their share fraud reporting form or by calling them on 0800 111 6768.
We highly recommend that you only deal with financial services firms that are authorised by the FCA. You can check that a firm is properly authorised by visiting the FCA Register.
