Joe Bayer FCPA GAICD
Executive Chairman Joe Bayer

Joe has more than three decades of senior executive experience and has worked for some of the world’s leading consumer and healthcare companies including CSR, Faulding, Mayne Health and Fletcher Building. Joe has also served as Chief Executive Officer for Kain Corporate & Commercial Lawyers, Chairman of Cynergy Health (Australia) and advised a number of listed and private companies on strategy, capital markets, restructuring and business performance. He is also a Director of Cygenta Capital & Advisory, a private consulting practice. Joe is a Fellow of CPA Australia and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He lives in Adelaide.


Blake Hughes
Chief Executive Officer

Blake has spent his career in the beauty and personal care sectors and has extensive experience in eCommerce, marketing and digital analytics. Most recently, he held the roles of CEO and Chief Marketing Officer of Philip Kingsley, the award-winning premium hair care range. Prior to that, Blake was Managing Director of Murad (EMEA), the prestigious skin care brand and has also worked in a variety of brand and marketing roles for blue chip companies including Procter & Gamble, Elizabeth Arden and Marks & Spencer. He holds a Masters in Chemistry from Oxford University.


Rodney Turner MBT GAICD

Rodney comes from a strong clinical & regulatory environment with deep experience in global compliance and technology. He possesses in-depth skills and prior experience in developing product and regulatory strategies for market access and consumer goods such as OTC, medical devices and prescription medicines including many products within the dermatology with senior leadership roles in a diverse range of companies. Rodney currently runs his own consulting and contracting business and is engaged with a number of well known global and regional Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies, providing strategic and operational Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management and Compliance direction. Previously, Rodney held positions as Asia-Pacific Head of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance for Sandoz ( one of the largest global generic and biosimilar Pharmaceutical companies) and worked in regional lead roles with iNova Pharmaceuticals, Valeant, Gambro & Fresenius-Kabi Australia. Rodney lives in Sydney and is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Ross Andrews
Non Executive Director Ross-Andrews

Ross has more than 30 years’ corporate advisory experience working with quoted companies, predominately in the UK. He was a main board director of Zeus Capital, the investment bank, until setting up his own consultancy business. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and is currently Chairman of standard listed Golden Rock Global plc and Kazai Capital Plc as well as a non-executive director of AIM quoted Integumen plc and Minerva Lending Plc. Ross is also senior adviser to the NEX Exchange and he currently resides in the United Kingdom.


Mark Ward
Non Executive Director
Mark is a successful and experienced digital and technology professional with strong links to the consumer and service industries. He founded Hunter Macdonald, a digital transformation and services company in 2013 and under his leadership, the business employed more than 400 employees within 5 years. In 2017, Hunter Macdonald was recognised as being one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK, and in October of the same year, the business merged with Scandinavian based Netcompany which is now publicly listed on Nasdaq OMX. Mark began his career at PwC working in M&A and operations and spent 13 years in senior operational director roles for Reckitt Benckiser, Verizon, BT, and Friends Life.
